Dusseldorp BMW is taking additional measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus - also known as covid-19 - and to guarantee a safe visit to our sites. Below you will find a detailed overview of these measures.

You are welcome at our sites to visit our showrooms and for maintenance and repairs. However, to safeguard both your health and ours, we are carefully following the recommendations issued by the Netherlands National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). Concretely, we have had a close look at all the processes in our organisation and we have taken as many measures as possible to guarantee a smooth and hygienic visit. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. This page provides an answer to the most frequently asked questions about the measures we have introduced. Should you be unable to drive your car to our site for a service, we will gladly pick it up from your home or office. It goes without saying that in doing so, we will also respect all the measures in place. You can also continue to contact us for appointments at the workshop via the usual channels.
Mocht u niet in de gelegenheid zijn om uw auto te brengen voor onderhoud, dan bieden we graag de mogelijkheid om uw auto thuis of op kantoor op te halen. Uiteraard ook hier met inachtneming van de te nemen maatregelen. Ook kunt u nog steeds afspraken maken voor onze werkplaats via de gebruikelijke wegen.

You can speak to our advisers in the showroom, but we now also offer digital consultations. Book an appointment for a video call with one of our sales advisers. That will allow you to personally speak to the sales adviser, who can show you our cars inside out. We also offer you the possibility to book a test drive departing from your home. Which hygiene measures do we apply?
- We temporarily not shake hands with you
- We keep an appropriate distance when we are talking to you
- We strictly follow the protocols regarding hand washing
- We have extra soap, disinfectants and disposable towels
- We carry out extra cleaning rounds in the "high touch" areas
- We disinfect your key upon arrival and departure
- We wear gloves for customer contact
- We disinfect parts of your car and the cars for test drives and replacement transport
I have an appointment for maintenance on my BMW, but I do not / cannot go to the workshop now. Can I postpone my appointment?
If you are not able to bring your car in for maintenance, we are happy to offer you the option of picking up your car at home or at the office. Of course also here with due observance of the measures to be taken. It is also possible to service your BMW & to plan on a different date. Please contact us for this.
I am interested in a new / used BMW, but I cannot / cannot go to you. Are there other options?
We are happy to help you through our online channels such as, WhatsApp video and Facetime. Feel free to contact us, we will discuss the possibilities.
My new BMW is delivered, but I cannot or cannot (now) collect it. Are there other options?
If desired, we can deliver the BMW to your home and or of course schedule a new appointment for delivery with you. We advise you to contact us well in advance. We also recommend that you observe RIVM's precautions.
Will my ordered BMW arrive at the agreed time?
At the moment nothing is known about production problems at the BMW Group factories or about delivery problems in general. We will inform you if the delivery date of your BMW changes.
